I ship worldwide, and I usually ship within 3 days after receiving payment. Please note that basic shipping does not include a tracking number or any insurance - I try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you!

INSURED or PRIORITY Shipping
Please contact me if you're interested in upgrading your shipping options like insured or priority shipping, or if you'd like me to buy a tracking number. I'll inform you about the individual cost.
If you buy three yarns or more, I will buy a tracking number for you with no extra fees. There's no noteworthy insurance coming with it, but at least you and I can track the parcel.

Please note that I am obligated to put a correct customs declaration on each parcel. If you intend to buy a lot of yarn and are afraid you'll have to pay customs fees, splitting the order might be worth a thought - depending on where you live, the extra shipping cost might be lower than the custom duty fees. I really don't like having to do this, but I have no other choice :-/

As I ship from the so called old world, deliveries to the other continents may take some days longer. But it'll be worth your patience! As experienced, shipping overseas usually seems to take about 10 to 14 days, within Europe it's mostly 4 to 7 days.

Of course local buyers can schedule a pick-up! :-)

RESERVATIONS
I am happy to reserve any item you'd like to buy for up to one week. Please understand that I can't keep it from others longer than that. ;-)

CUSTOM ORDERS
I'd love to create something special for you, so please don't hesitate to contact me with any yarn wishes you might have! I am usually also able to respin skeins which have been sold out, but there will most likely be some variations in colour distribution and yarn weight. Custom orders will be listed as private items and made specially for you after payment.
